Evaluation of Urban System Resilience from the Perspective of"Security-Development"Isomorphism:Take Provincial Capital Cities in Eastern Coastal Areas as Examples
In the era of rapid development of modernization, the uncertainty risk has become the normal state of its system operation.Based on the"security development"isomorphic perspective, this paper constructs the urban system resilience framework and evaluation index system, aiming to measure the urban system resilience of both"security"and"sustainable development".The entropy weight-grey correlation method is used to comprehensively calculate the system resilience of provincial capitals in the eastern coastal areas of China, and evaluation is conducted according to the evolution trend and characteristics. The study shows that the system resilience of most of the provincial capitals in the eastern coastal areas fluctuated and increased during the study period, and the subsystem resilience of each city varied significantly, among which infrastructure resilience and social resilience were the leading factors for the difference in the urban system resilience. The actual use of foreign capital, the density of drainage pipelines, the number of patent licenses, and the total volume of transportation and freight are the main indicators affecting the resilience of the provincial capital cities in the eastern coastal areas.
