Pluralistic Co-Governance of Urban and Rural Areas:Mechanism Innovation in the Governance of Floating Population in Urban Villages,a Survey and Analysis on N Street in Guangzhou City
The path and development direction of migrant population governance is not only an important issue in the process of urbanization in China,but also a microcosm of the changes in China's social governance system.At present,the relationship between urban and rural areas is in the stage of accelerating restructuring.The most important work in the management of the floating population is to establish an effective governance mechanism to ensure the orderly flow of the floating population and build a harmonious urban order.Through the research on innovative governance mechanisms for the floating population of N street in Guangzhou,it is found that the organizational linkage mechanism,resource linkage mechanism,space linkage mechanism,and technology linkage mechanism are the keys to achieving effective governance.Moreover,through the innovation of governance mechanism,it is not only conducive to integrating governance resources and forces to alleviate governance pressure,but also gradually forms a new pattern of multi-subject participation,multi-unit linkage,multi-dimensional cooperation,and multi-level governance,achieving the overall reshaping of the governance system of the floating population.
