摘要
伴随着城市内大量人口的聚居,社区治理出现了城市管理难、公共服务供给不足等治理困境.网格化治理以精细化、智能化、信息化的突出特点,逐渐受到政府的一致好评并广泛应用于城市基层治理.从理论视角考量中国之治的本土智慧,社区网格化治理体现了马克思主义哲学的唯物论、矛盾观、联系观、群众观,彰显了"实事求是、精准治理、系统谋划、人民至上"的治理理念,包含着深刻的实践理路、理论素养和价值导向,富含哲学意蕴.
Abstract
With the concentration of a large population in cities,community governance has encountered governance challenges such as difficulty in urban management and insufficient supply of public services.Grid governance has gradually received unanimous praise from the government for its outstanding characteristics of refinement,intelligence and informatization,and has been gradually applied to grassroots governance.From a theoretical perspective,the local wisdom of China's governance is reflected in community grid governance,which embodies the materialist,as well as contradictory,relational,and mass views of Marxist philosophy.It embodies the governance philosophy of"seeking truth from facts,precise governance,systematic planning,and people first",containing profound practical principles,theoretical literacy,and value orientation,and rich philosophical implications.
