摘要
依据 2022年针对西安城市居民的相关调查,采用相关分析和回归分析探讨城市公共安全治理中公民参与意愿与能力的影响因素,将参与认知作为其中的中介变量,并从中探求加强城市公共安全治理中公民参与意愿和能力的路径.结果表明:内部因素和外部因素对城市公共安全治理中公民参与意愿与能力同样具有影响;参与认知在内外部因素影响公民参与意愿与能力的路径中起到部分中介作用.
Abstract
Based on the survey of urban residents in Xi'an city,Shaanxi province in 2022,this paper adopts correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of citizens'willingness and ability to participate in urban public security governance;it takes participation cognition as the intermediary variable and explores the path to strengthen citizens'willingness and ability.The results show that both internal and external factors have influence and importance on citizens'willingness and ability to participate in urban public security governance,and participation cognition plays a partial mediating role.
