The Planning Path of Manufacturing Parks under the Chinese Creative Wave
The wave of China's creativity promotes the rapid expansion of a group of strategic emerging industrial parks.However,the planning principles of industrial parks face a series of new transformations and demands,including production,humanity and industry-city integration.China needs to explore a new path for the spatial organization of innovation in the manufacturing industry.The article systematically summarizes the new requirements for manufacturing space under different logics;explores the highly integrated megafactories of manufacturing innovation as the core to build the intellectual innovation ecosystem;supports innovation-oriented ways to create a diverse industry-city integration circle,and sets blue-collar engineers townships as the goal to build the park's terraced living circle,to achieve the transformation of the new manufacturing parks.The example of Jintan area of Changzhou Two Lake Innovation Zone is elaborated systematically,which provides references for the planning of intelligent manufacturing innovation space in other new industrial cities.
