摘要
乡村振兴战略是新时期解决"三农"问题,实现农业和农村现代化的重大战略部署.运用 ArcGIS空间分析方法,以城乡统筹为核心概念,以修正因子评价为基础,对陇东南地区甘谷县农村系统功能进行了深入分析和评价.根据不同维度的功能特征,甘谷县村庄可划分为:渭河河谷高效经济区,散渡河川台粮食蔬菜多元特色经济区,北前山粮菜药油区,南前山粮菜油区,北后山粮油药区,南后山粮食经济区.各区应根据不同的自然资源禀赋与产业基础在乡村振兴战略指引下发展区域经济.
Abstract
The rural revitalization strategy is a key strategic deployment to resolve the"San Nong"(Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Farmers)issue and attain agricultural and rural modernization in the new era.Using ArcGIS spatial analysis method,with urban-rural integration as the core concept,and based on the modified factor evaluation,the study deeply analyzed and evaluated the rural system function of Gangu County in southeastern Gansu Province.Based on the functional characteristics of different dimensions,villages in Gangu County were categorized as follows:Weihe River Basin High-Efficiency Economic Zone,Sandu River Chuantai Grain and Vegetable Diversified Characteristic Economic Zone,North Qianshan Grain,Vegetable,Medicine and Oil Zone,South Qianshan Grain,Vegetable and Oil Zone,North Houshan Grain,Oil and Medicine Zone,South Houshan Grain Economic Zone.Each zone should develop a regional economy under the guidance of a rural revitalization strategy based on different natural resource endowments and industrial foundations.
