This paper analyzes and studies the causes of the discredit of local governments in the current rehousing contracts of land buildings,it is of great significance to normalize the relocation of resettlement houses and protect the rights of the expropriated households.The results show that the local government often becomes the root of the dishonest party.Research has shown that local governments often become the root cause of dishonesty,not only due to their governance capabilities,but also due to the inadequacy of land and housing expropriation systems and related policies.Therefore,in the study of governance measures,on the one hand,it is necessary to improve the system of expropriation and resettlement and enhance the governance capacity of local governments;On the other hand,it is essential to adhere to the people-centered concept,seek truth from facts,and to improve the relevant regulations and systems of expropriation and resettlement pragmatically.
