Judicial Social Work:Orientation and Development of Juvenile Criminal Assistance
At present, juvenile criminal assistance is facing two major obstacles:weak effectiveness and lack of specialization, which lead to the judicial problems of low participation in juvenile litigation and the problem of weak social adaptation. For minors with delinquency, attentions should not only be paid to the causes of crimes, but also their need to reintegrate into society and not be marginalized, which need the participation of the state, society and family. The confirmation of judicial social work can solve the above problems, further promote the judicialization and socialization of juvenile criminal assistance, and comprehensively protect the rights and development of juveniles.
