‘泰山赤灵芝1号（TL-1）’是由泰山野生种驯化选育而成。菌丝最适生长温度25～28℃,子实体生长最适温度25～30℃;代料栽培发菌需要45 d左右,从原基形成到子实体采收需要55 d左右。子实体菌盖半圆形或近肾形,红褐色至土褐色,具有光泽,干品转化率达14%以上。具有产量高,出芝整齐等特点。
A New Ganoderma lucidum Cultivar‘Taishan Chilingzhi 1（TL-1）’
The new Ganoderma lucidum cultiva‘r Taishan Chilingzhi 1（TL-1）’was derived from wild species collected from Mountain Tai.The optimum growth temperature of mycelia is 25–28 ℃,and the optimum temperature for fructification stage is 25–30 ℃.It takes about 45 days for mycelium full run when using bag culture.It usually takes 55 days from primordial formation to harvest.The pileus is semi-circle,mahogany to muddy colour and glossy.The biological efficiency of dry goods is above 14%.It has high yield and the fruiting body appearance tidiness.
