Advandes in Genetic Mapping and Candidate Gene Analysis of Important Traits in Pepper(Capsicum spp.)
In this paper,the research progress of pepper(Capsicum spp.)after whole genome sequencing in the past ten years were summarized,including the construction of intraspecific and interspecific genetic maps,whole genome association analysis,and genetic mapping and candidate gene analysis of horticultural traits,fruit traits and disease resistance.
