摘要

本研究基于情感事件理论,探讨环保服务型领导对团队环保行为的影响.118 份团队数据分析结果表明:环保服务型领导正向影响团队环保行为;团队自然敬畏情感在上述过程中起中介作用;团队集体主义取向正向调节环保服务型领导与团队自然敬畏情感的关系,也正向调节环保服务型领导经由团队自然敬畏情感对团队环保行为的间接效应.本研究揭示了团队环保行为的诱发机制,这对环保行为理论与环保管理实践具有一定启发意义.

Abstract

Based on the affective events theory,this paper dis-cusses the stimulating effect of environmentally-spe-cific servant leadership on team pro-environmental behaviors.The results of regression analysis on 118 team-level data showed that environmentally-specif-ic servant leadership positively affects the team pro-environmental behaviors.Team natural awe plays a mediating role between environmentally-spe-cific servant leadership and team pro-environmental behaviors.Team collectivism orientation positively moderates the relationship between environmental-ly-specific servant leadership and team natural awe,and moderates the indirect effect of environmental-ly-specific servant leadership on team pro-environ-mental behavior through team natural awe.To sum up,the present study reveals the facilitators of team pro-environmental behaviors,which offers novel in-sights into pro-environmental behavior literature and green management practice.
