坚毅作为一种积极心理品质,自2007年Duckworth等人提出以来,受到广泛关注,并影响了西方国家的教育政策制定.尽管其重要性日益凸显,目前对于坚毅的系统性总结与归纳仍然较为欠缺.本文揭示了坚毅研究的发展趋势,总结了坚毅的测量方式、神经基础与影响因素,归纳了坚毅影响成就的机制,并阐述了已有提升坚毅品质的干预策略.在此基础上,本文展望了坚毅的未来发展方向,包括深入研究其内部结构、预测成就的机制及开发有效的培养路径.
Grit,as a positive psychological quality,has garnered widespread attention since its introduction by Duck-worth et al.in 2007 and has significantly impacted e-ducational policy-making in Western countries.De-spite its growing importance,there has been few sys-tematic reviews regarding girt.This paper reveals the development trends,summarizes its measurement,neural foundations and influencing factors,and sum-marizes the mechanisms by which girt affects achievement.Furthermore,this paper elaborates on existing intervention strategies to enhance girt quality and finally prospects the future development direc-tions of girt,including in-depth research into its in-ternal structure,mechanisms predicting achieve-ment,and the development of effective intervention programs.
