The Significance of Blood Routine Related Indexes and Myocardial Enzyme Spectrum in Evaluating the Prognosis of Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective To explore the significance of blood routine index and myocardial enzyme spectrum in evaluating the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 84 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Dahua Hospital of Xuhui District from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a poor prognosis group and a good prognosis group according to the prognosis. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil(Neu)level, and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)level were detected.Logistic multivariate regression analysis of prognostic factors in patients with cerebral infarction. To analyze the prognostic value of AST,WBC,and Neu in patients with cerebral infarction. Results In this study,15 of 84 patients with cerebral infarction had poor prognosis one month after discharge, and the incidence of poor prognosis was 17.86%.The levels of AST,WBC,and Neu were compared between the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The poor prognosis group was higher than the good prognosis group. There was no significant difference in general information, hyperlipidemia, and hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that WBC,Neu,and AST were all risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction, and the difference was statistically significant(OR=2.857,3.010,3.374,P<0.05).Routine blood-related index and myocardial enzyme spectrum to predict the prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction, the combined AUC is 0.952,higher than that of the routine blood-related index and myocardial enzyme levels alone to evaluate specific degrees, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The correlation indexes of blood routine and myocardial enzyme spectra are effective in predicting the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction and are worthy of clinical application.
