Retrospective Study on the Treatment of Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure by Bioelectric Stimulation Combined with Estradiol Valerate and Dydrogesterone
Objective To retrospectively analyze the effect of bioelectrical stimulation combined with estradiol valerate and dydrogesterone in the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with POF admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from May 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,37 patients in the control group were given estradiol valerate + dydrogesterone, and 38 patients in the experimental group were given simulated bioelectric stimulation. The curative effect, menstruation, sex hormone levels,T lymphocyte subsets, ovarian imaging indexes, and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the experimental group(86.84%)was higher than that of the control group(64.86%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstruation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the frequency and duration of menstruation were greater than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and LH were lower than those in the control group, and the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV),ovarian volume, endometrial thickness and antral follicle number were higher than those in the control group. The resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of CD8+ were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Bioelectric stimulation combined with estradiol valerate and dydrogesterone can regulate the level of sex hormone in POF patients, improve menstrual status and ovarian imaging indicators, enhance immune function, improve treatment effect, and have high safety.
