Clinical Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection Combined with Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 92 ACI patients treated in Jishan County People's Hospital from November 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control groups and study groups by random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with butylphthalide, and the study group was treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with butylphthalide. The clinical efficacy, neurological impairment, blood flow velocity index, hemorheology index, functional recovery outcome, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the study group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(80.43%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment Score(NIHSS)was lower in both groups after treatment than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the end-diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd),mean blood flow velocity(Vm),and peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vs)of the two groups were accelerated compared with those before treatment, and the study group was faster than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the plasma viscosity(PSV),whole blood high shear viscosity(HSV)and fibrinogen(FIB)of the two groups were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.35%)was lower than that in the control group(23.91%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of ACI patients can promote clinical efficacy, improve neurological function, and blood flow velocity, promote the improvement of hemorheological indicators, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
