The therapeutic Effect of Motherwort Injection on postoperative Bleeding in early induced Abortion
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of motherwort injection on postoperative bleeding in early induced abortion.Methods A total of 82 patients with postoperative bleeding after early induced abortion admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into study group(n=41)and control group(n=41)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the study group was treated with motherwort injection combined with mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,postoperative indicators,hemodynamics,levels of serum inflammatory factors and complications were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(90.24%)was higher than that in the control group(70.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the study group had less bleeding,shorter bleeding time and menarche time,thicker endometrial thickness,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)of the two groups decreased compared to before treatment,while the peak systolic flow velocity(Vmax)increased compared to before treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The study group had lower RI and PI compared to the control group,and higher Vmax,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment of two groups,The levels of γ-Interferon(INF-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-2(IL-2)were all reduced,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group(9.76%)was lower than that in the control group(29.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of motherwort injection and mifepristone can improve clinical efficacy,postoperative indicators and hemodynamics,regulate serum inflammatory factors,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with postoperative bleeding after early induced abortion.
