The Mechanism of Dingxin Decoction in the Adjuvant Treatment of Premature Ventricular Contraction of Coronary Heart Disease and its Effect on Clinical Symptoms
Objective To explore the mechanism of Dingxin Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease and its effect on clinical symptoms.Methods A total of 90 patients with ventricular premature contraction of coronary heart disease admitted to Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by computer randomization method,with 45 cases in each group,conventional treatment,and conventional treatment plus Dingxin Decoction were used respectively.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,heart function index,and blood gas index of the two groups were recorded.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the observation group and the control group(28.37±1.64)(P＞0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group[(8.92±3.57)points]was lower than that of the control group[(11.05±2.48)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rate of the observation group[93.33%(42/45)]was higher than that of the control group[75.56%(34/45)],and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors and cardiac function between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,CRP,PCT,and other inflammatory indicators in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the performance of cardiac function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement of SaO2,pH,PaO2,and PaCO2 in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dingxin Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and blood gas indexes of patients with coronary heart disease with ventricular presystole,reduce inflammation,significantly improve cardiac function,and have significant clinical efficacy.
