Observation on the Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on the KANO Model in Patients with Early Lung Cancer after Surgery
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention based on the KANO model in postoperative nursing of patients with early lung cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients with lung cancer after surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the basic cases of the study. They were divided into the study group(n=34)and the control group(n=34)by random lottery mode of medical record number.Patients in the control group were treated with general postoperative nursing intervention, and patients in the study group were treated with nursing intervention based on the KANO model. The complication rate, nutritional status index, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TFN),serum albumin(ALB),and body mass index(BMI)in both groups were higher than before the nursing intervention, and the nutritional status indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups after the nursing intervention was higher than that before nursing, and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the KANO model can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the nutritional status of the body, and improve the quality of life in patients with early lung cancer.
