Application Effect of ERAS Nursing Model Combined with Patient Mutual Assistance Model in Rehabilitation of Elderly Patients after Radical Lung Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of the ERAS nursing model combined with the patient mutual assistance model in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with radical resection of lung cancer admitted to Henan Chest Hospital(Chest Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University)from October 2021 to October 2022 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with ERAS nursing combined with patient mutual assistance.Perioperative indexes, pain score, pulmonary function index, hope level, and stigma score were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The improvement of perioperative indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The pain scores of the observation group at 12 h,24 h,and 72 h were lower than those of the control group. The levels of partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The hope level score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the stigma score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ERAS nursing model combined with the patient mutual assistance model can effectively improve perioperative indexes and lung function, reduce pain, raise hope levels, and reduce stigma in elderly patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.
