Objective To explore the effect of quality feedback nursing on sleep quality and psychological state of total hip replacement patients. Methods A total of 94 cases of total hip replacement patients admitted to Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and grouped according to simple randomization method. The control group(47 cases)received conventional nursing intervention, and the study group(47 cases)received quality feedback nursing intervention. The activity of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the two groups were recorded, and the hip function, pain, psychological status, sleep quality, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The activity of getting out of bed and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the hip joint(Harris)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36 scale)scores were higher in both groups than before, while the pain numeric rating scale(NRS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were lower than those before the intervention. In addition, the Harris and SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the NRS,PSQI,HAMA,and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.13%)was lower than that in the control group(14.89%),and nursing satisfaction(95.74%)was higher than that in the control group(78.72%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality feedback nursing in patients undergoing full replacement surgery can improve their psychological state and improve sleep quality.
