Investigation on the current Status of Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of occupational Protection among Nurses with digestive Endoscopy and Analysis of its influencing Factors
Objective To explore the current status of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of occupational protection among nurses with digestive endoscopy,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 13 digestive endoscopy nurses at the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City were selected from June 2021 to December 2022.A questionnaire on KAP of occupational protection was designed,and basic information of nurses was collected.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted.Results The occupational protection knowledge score of 13 digestive endoscopy nurses was(14.26±1.89)points,the protective attitude score was(94.11±3.05)points,and the protective behavior score was(95.89±4.42)points;Nurses who are over 40 years old,have a vocational education,have worked in the digestive endoscopy room for less than 5 years,and have not received protective training have lower scores in protective knowledge;Nurses who are over 40 years old,have a vocational education,have worked in the digestive endoscopy room for less than 5 years,hold nursing titles,have poor health conditions,and are dissatisfied with work intensity have lower scores on protective attitudes towards digestive endoscopy;Nurses who are over 40 years old,have a vocational education,have worked in the digestive endoscopy room for less than 5 years,have not received protective training,have poor health conditions,and are dissatisfied with work intensity have lower scores on protective behavior,and the difference is statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,low education level,short working experience in the digestive endoscopy room,lack of protective training,low professional title,poor health status,and dissatisfaction with work intensity were independent influencing factors of KAP of occupational protection among digestive endoscopy nurses,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The KAP of occupational protection of digestive endoscopy nurses are at a high level,and their age,education level,years of work in the digestive endoscopy room,whether they have received protective training,professional title,health status,and satisfaction with work intensity are the main influencing factors.
