Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Domperidone Combined with Omeprazole on Patients with Functional Dyspepsia
Objective To explore the application effect of domperidone combined with omeprazole in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 104 FD patients admitted to Qi County People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the research group(n=52)and the control group(n=52)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the research group was treated with domperidone combined with omeprazole.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,gastrointestinal hormone level,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores(upper abdominal pain,postprandial fullness,upper abdominal burning sensation)of the two groups decreased,and the research group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin(MOT)and gastrin(GAS)in the two groups increased,and the level of somatostatin(SS)decreased.The MOT and GAS levels in the research group were higher,and SS was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of domperidone combined with omeprazole in the treatment of FD patients can improve the clinical efficacy,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
