Effects of Flexible Ureteroscopy Combined with Holmium Laser Therapy on Stone Clearance Rate,Inflammatory Response,Renal Function and Patients with Renal Calculi
Objective To investigate the effect of fiberoptic flexible ureteroscopy(FFU)combined with holmium laser therapy on stone clearance rate,inflammatory response,renal function and complications in patients with renal stones.Methods A total of 90 patients with kidney stones who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Tanghe County Health School from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL).The study group was treated with FFU and holmium laser.The stone clearance rate,inflammatory response,renal function,postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results In the stone clearance rate,in comparision of the control group,the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 hours after operation,the levels of IL-6,IL-10,WBC and CRP in both groups were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but in comparision of the control group,the levels in the study group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before surgery,the levels of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipid carrier protein(NGAL),urea nitrogen(BUN),cystatin C(CysC),kidney injury factor-1(KIM-1)and creatinine(Cr)were increased 24h after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the incidence of postoperative complications,in comparision of the control group,the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FFU combined with holmium laser therapy in patients with renal calculi can improve the stone clearance rate,reduce the impact on inflammatory response and renal function,and reduce postoperative complications.
