Clinical study of acupuncture with Hegu,Neiguan and Zusanli combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute cholecystitis
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture Hegu,Neiguan and Zusanli combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute cholecystitis(AC).Methods 62 patients with AC from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected and divided into group A(conventional Western medicine treatment)and group B(conventional Western medicine treatment + acupuncture Hegu,Neiguan and Zusanli)by random number table method. The effective rate, complication rate, clinical symptom score, gallbladder index, inflammatory factor index,VAS,PPI,PRI score were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in Group B was higher than that in Group A,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in Group A,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment, the clinical symptom scores(anorexia, jaundice, bitter mouth, fever, constipation, nausea, abdominal pain),gallbladder indicators(gallbladder diameter, gallbladder wall thickness),inflammatory factor indicators[white blood cell count(WBC),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)],VAS,PPI,PRI scores in Group B were lower than those in Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of Group B in terms of physical pain, social function, emotional function, vitality, physiological function, physiological function, and mental health were higher than those of Group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined acupuncture with Hegu,Neiguan and Zusanli on the basis of routine western medicine treatment in AC patients can better improve clinical symptoms, inflammatory response and pain in A short time, and reduce the risk of complications to a certain extent.
