目的 分析小儿肺咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素在小儿肺炎中疗效及对炎性因子水平的影响。方法 将南阳市中心医院在 2022 年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月期间收治的肺炎患儿(72 例)作为研究对象,依据区间随机法将其分为对照组、研究组,各纳入 36 例,对照组药物治疗方案为单纯阿奇霉素,研究组药物治疗方案为阿奇霉素联合小儿肺咳颗粒。比较两组治疗有效率、基础症状消失时间、治疗前后炎性因子指标[C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白介素 6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]变化情况及治疗前后肺部感染评分(CPIS)变化情况。结果 研究组治疗有效率(97。22%)高于对照组(80。56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。研究组发热、咳嗽、气促、湿啰音消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗前,两组间各炎症因子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗后,两组CRP、PCT、TNF-α、IL-6 较治疗前均有明显降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗前,两组间CPIS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗后,两组CPIS评分较治疗前均有明显降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 小儿肺咳颗粒联合阿奇霉素在小儿肺炎中疗效理想,可有效控制肺部感染、炎性因子水平,值得应用。
The Therapeutic Effect of Xiao'er Feike Granule Combined with Azithromycin on Pediatric Pneumonia and its Influence on Inflammatory Factors Levels in Patients
Objective To analyze the impacts of Xiao'er Feike granule combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric pneumnoia and its impact on inflammatory factors levels.Methods A total of 72 children with pneumonia admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were chosen as research subjects.According to random interval method,children were divided into control group(n=36,Azithromycin)and study group(n=36,Xiao'er Feike granule combined with Azithromycin).Compare the treatment effectiveness rate,the time for the disappearance of basic symptoms,changes in inflammatory factor indicators[C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)],and changes in clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness rate of the study group(97.22%)was higher than that of the control group(80.56%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The fever,cough,breath shortness and moist rale disappearance time in the study group were significantly shorter than control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT,TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were significantly lower than before,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CPIS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CPIS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the research group's score was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Feike granule combined with Azithromycin can effectively control the lung infections and inflammatory factors for pneumonia children.
