Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing combined with the Roy adaptation model based on the humanization concept in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with human-based psychological intervention combined with the Roy adaptation model. The nursing quality, psychological state, quality of life, and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing, the scores of quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved after nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with Roy's adaptation model based on the humanization concept can improve the quality of nursing, improve the psychological state of patients, improve the quality of life and compliance of patients after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
