Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on behavioral research in promoting incision healing and rehabilitation of urological patients. Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing elective urology surgery admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Shangqiu from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(n=52,rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention based on behavioral research method)and routine group(n=52,routine high-quality nursing intervention)according to random number table method.Postoperative recovery, incision healing, visual analogue scale(VAS),self-efficacy,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The first anal exhaust, normal food intake, first getting out of bed activity, and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of incision redness and swelling 3 days after operation in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the conventional group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention, the psychological status and social function scores of the quality of life scale in the study group were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ERAS nursing model based on behavioral study can effectively promote physical function recovery and incision healing, shorten hospital stay, relieve pain, and improve self-efficacy and quality of life of urological patients undergoing endoscopic surgery.
