Application of Complication Warning Education Combined with Cluster Nursing in Patients with Hip Replacement
Objective To investigate the effect of complication warning education combined with cluster nursing in patients with hip replacement.Methods A total of 100 patients with hip replacement who received treatment in the Sixth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from February 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the intervention group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group received complication warning education combined with cluster nursing intervention.Hip function,self-management efficacy,complications,and ability of daily living(ADL)were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the hip function rating scale(Harris)score of both groups was improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the general self-efficacy scale-schwarzer(GSES)scores of both groups were improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group(6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the Barthel Index Scale(MBI)score of both groups was improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of complication warning education combined with cluster nursing intervention in patients with hip replacement can improve hip function,enhance self-management efficiency,reduce complications,and improve daily living ability.
