Effect of ERCP Intraoperative Coordination and Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Choledocholithiasis
Objective To investigate the effects of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)on patients with choledocholithiasis. Methods A total of 100 patients with choledocholithiasis who received ERCP treatment in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the intervention group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the intervention group received intraoperative coordination and comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical indexes, negative psychology, quality of life, and complication rates of the two groups were compared. Results The first feeding time, the time of leaving bed,and the time of hospitalization in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were decreased in both groups, and the intervention group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the world health organization quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)scores in both groups were improved, and the intervention group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group(4.00%)was lower than that in the control group(18.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening intraoperative coordination and comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical indicators of ERCP in patients with choledocholithiasis, reduce negative psychological occurrence, improve quality of life, and reduce complications.
