Application Effect of Diversified Nursing Combined with Individualized Health Education in Patients with Old Retinal Detachment Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing combined with individualized health education in patients with old retinal detachment surgery.Methods A total of 92 patients with old retinal detachment who were underwent surgery in Henan Zhoukou Ophthalmology Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected,and divided into the intervention group(n=46,multiple nursing combined with individualized health education)and the control group(n=46,routine nursing)by random number table method.The disease awareness,quality of life,negative emotions,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the knowledge questionnaire after retinal detachment were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group.After intervention,the Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI)and Beck Depression Inventory(BDI-Ⅱ)scores in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was lower.After intervention,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory 74(GQOL-74)scores in both groups were increased,and in comparision of the control group,the scores in the intervention group were higher.The incidence of complications in the intervention group(4.35%)was lower than that in the control group(19.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of diversified nursing and individualized health education intervention applied to patients with old retinal detachment surgery,which can improve their awareness of the disease,improve negative emotions,improve quality of life,and reduce complications.
