Applied Effect of Fast-track Rehabilitation Nursing on Perioperative Nursing of Patients undergoing Gastrointestinal Surgery
Objective To explore the applied effect of fast-track rehabilitation nursing surgery during the gastrointestinal operation. Methods 50 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Henan university between May 2021 and May 2023 were selected.According to random number table, patients were assigned to control group(n=25,routine care)and observation group(n=25,routine care and fast-track surgery). The clinical Indicators, pain levels, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding volume and operation time between the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The anal exhaust time, ambulant time, normal diet recovery time and hospital stays in the observation group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower numerical rating scale(NRS)scores at 6 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h postoperatively than the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rates in the observation group(4.00%)were significantly lower than control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion During the gastrointestinal operation, the fast-track surgery can effectively increase the patient's nursing satisfaction, reduce the anal exhaust time, ambulant time, normal diet recovery time, hospital stays, pain degrees and postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
