Differential diagnostic Value of CT,MRI combined with high-frequency color Doppler Ultrasonography in distinguishing benign and malignant Bone Tumors
Objective To explore the differential diagnostic value of electronic computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant bone tumors. Methods A total of 91 patients with bone tumors admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected for CT,MRI,and high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography examinations. The pathological biopsy results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic results and value of CT,MRI,and high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography in distinguishing between benign and malignant bone tumors. Results Among 91 patients with bone tumors,39 cases(42.86%)of malignant bone tumors and 52 cases(57.14%)of benign bone tumors were detected by pathology; The detection rate of malignant bone tumors using CT+MRI combined with high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography(97.44%)was higher than that using high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.522,P=0.035);The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of CT+MRI combined with high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing benign and malignant bone tumors are higher than those of CT,MRI,and high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography single diagnosis, with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,CT+MRI is higher than high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CT,MRI,and high-frequency color doppler ultrasonography can improve the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant bone tumors, which is beneficial for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant bone tumors.
