Effect Analysis of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention on the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the application effects of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 82 coronary heart disease patients treated from February 2021 to March 2023 in Nanyang Central Hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to the random interval method, patients were assigned to control group and research group, with 41 cases in each group,The routine drug therapy was applied in the control group;the routine drug therapy and PCI were applied in the research group.Comparison of treatment efficacy,pre-and post-treatment cardiac function indicators, endothelial function indicators, risk stratification of chest pain patients, and risk score for predicting prognosis between two groups(TIMI).Results The total effective rates in the research group(97.56%)were higher than control group(80.49%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment, the cardiac function indicators and endothelial function indicators between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment, the research group had better cardiac and endothelial function indicators than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,TIMI scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,TIMI scores in the research group were lower than control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PCI treatment for coronary heart disease patients can achieve ideal therapeutic effects, significantly improve patient cardiac function and prognosis, and is worth applying.
