Analysis of the therapeutic Effect of Goserelin Acetate acetic acid goserelin combined with Laparoscopic elective Surgery for Endometriosis
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of using goserelin acetate combined with laparoscopic elective surgery for endometriosis(EMS).Methods A total of 106 EMS patients admitted to Xinzheng Huaxin Minsheng Hospital from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected. They were divided into study group and control group using a random number table method, with 53 patients in each group. The control group underwent laparoscopic elective surgery, while the study group underwent a combination of goserelin acetate and laparoscopic elective surgery. The treatment efficacy, endometrial thickness, lesion volume, sex hormone levels, pain severity, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.34%)was higher than that in the control group(75.47%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in endometrial thickness and lesion volume index between the two groups(P>0.05);After 6 months of surgery, both groups showed a decrease in endometrial thickness and lesion volume index, and the study group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P>0.05);After 6 months of surgery, the levels of FSH,E2,and LH in both groups decreased, and the study group was lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);The VAS score decreased at 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the study group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(3.77%)was lower than that in the control group(16.98%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of goserelin acetate and laparoscopic elective surgery in EMS patients can improve clinical efficacy, improve endometrial thickness, lesion volume, and sex hormone levels, reduce pain severity, and reduce the risk of complications.
