Analysis of the therapeutic Effect of Anti-premature Granules combined with Leuprorelin Acetate on Girls with idiopathic central precocious Puberty
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of anti-premature granules combined with leuprorelin acetate on girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP).Methods A total of 92 girls with ICPP who received treatment at Xuchang People's Hospital from December 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group using a random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with leuprorelin acetate,while the study group was treated with anti-premature granules on the basis of the control group.The effective rate of treatment,the development indicators of the second indication,and the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group(80.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Compared with the same group before treatment,the development indicators of secondary sexual characteristics(breast size,uterine volume,ovarian volume)in both groups decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Moreover,the indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);Compared with the same group before treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores(breast staging,vaginal secretions,restlessness and night sweats,irritability and irritability)of both groups decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Moreover,the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of anti-premature granules and leuprorelin acetate in the treatment of ICPP in girls can improve clinical efficacy,improve secondary sexual development indicators,and promote clinical symptom relief.
