Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Salbutamol Tablets,Atropine combined with Xinbao Pills in the Treatment of Bradycardia
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of salbutamol tablets,atropine combined with Xinbao pills on patients with bradycardia.Methods A total of 78 patients with bradycardia admitted to Gushi County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with salbutamol tablets and atropine,while the observation group was treated with Xinxinbao pills for 3 consecutive months.Two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram indicators,cardiac function indicators(cardiac output,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,ejection fraction,cardiac index),inflammatory factor indicators[serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor causative factors-α(TNF-α)]and adverse reactions were compared.Results Compared with the same group before treatment,after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The 24-hour average heart rate,slowest heart rate,cardiac output,left ventricular short axis shortening rate,ejection fraction,and cardiac index all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of salbutamol tablets,atropine,and Xinbao pills can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve heart function,and alleviate inflammation in patients with bradycardia.The therapeutic effect is definite and the safety is high.
