Comparison of Microcolumn Gel Technique and Polyamine Technique in the Detection of ABO hemolytic Disease of Newborn before Blood Transfusion
Objective To compare and analyze the application of microcolumn gel technique and polyamine technique in the detection of ABO hemolytic disease of newborn before blood transfusion. Methods From January 2020 to May 2023 in the First People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City,88 children with ABO hemolytic disease of newborn(88 cases)were taken as the research object, and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the interval random method,44 cases were included in each group. Before blood transfusion, the control group carried out the blood type matching test with the technology of polyamine, and the study group carried out the blood type matching test with the technology of microcolumn gel.The compliance rate and success rate of one-time cross matching between two groups of tests were compared. Results The conformity rates of positive and negative stereotypes in the study group(100.00%,100.00%)were higher than those in the control group(86.36%,86.36%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The success rate of cross matching in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(86.36%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the polyamine technology, the microcolumn gel technology has a higher application value in the detection of ABO hemolytic disease of newborn before blood transfusion, which is conducive to improving the safety of blood transfusion and is worthy of application.
