The Expression Levels and Clinical Significance of Serum MYO,cTnI,FIB in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of myoglobin(MYO),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),and fibrinogen(FIB)in the serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Clinical data of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2021 to March 2023 were collected as the observation group. In addition, clinical data of 56 non acute myocardial infarction patients admitted for examination during the same period were collected as the control group.MYO,cTn Ⅰ,FIB levels and their predictive value for acute myocardial infarction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in age, sex, body mass index, smoking, drinking, hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes and hyperlipidemia between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of MYO,cTnⅠ,and FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of MYO,cTnI,and FIB increase with the severity of coronary artery stenosis. The differences in MYO,cTnI,and FIB levels among different degrees of coronary artery stenosis are statistically significant(P<0.05).The AUC areas of MYO,cTnⅠ,FIB,and their combination are 0.995,0.988,0.977,and 0.999,respectively.The combined AUC area of MYO,cTn Ⅰ,FIB,and their combination is the largest, with relatively high sensitivity and predictive performance compared to a single indicator. Conclusion The combination of MYO,cTn Ⅰ,and FIB has good predictive value for acute myocardial infarction and can be used as an auxiliary tool for clinical diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
