Diagnostic Value of using Treadmill Exercise Test and dynamic Electrocardiogram in Patients with myocardial ischemic Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of using treadmill exercise test and dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 80 suspected myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease patients admitted to Hebi People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent treadmill exercise testing and dynamic electrocardiogram examination, with coronary angiography results as the gold standard. The diagnostic value of treadmill exercise testing, dynamic electrocardiogram single examination, and combined examination in myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results After coronary angiography examination,73 out of 80 patients were ultimately diagnosed with myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease. The consistency between the results of treadmill exercise test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram examination and coronary angiography examination is higher than that of single examination, with a Kappa value of 0.847.The sensitivity, accuracy, and negative predictive value of the combination of treadmill exercise test and dynamic electrocardiogram examination were higher than those of single examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the single use of treadmill exercise test and dynamic electrocardiogram, the combined examination of the two has higher differential diagnostic value for myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease and is more worthy of use.
