Effect of preoperative Visits combined with psychological Intervention on negative Emotions in Patients undergoing respiratory Endoscopy Surgery
Objective To analyze the impact of preoperative visits combined with psychological intervention on negative emotions in patients undergoing respiratory endoscopy surgery.Methods The 120 cases selected for this study were all patients who underwent respiratory endoscopy surgery at Henan Chest Hospital from April 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into study group and control group using digital labeling,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received preoperative visits combined with psychological intervention.Negative emotions,quality of life,postoperative pain levels at each stage,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of various quality of life dimensions were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of pain at 4,8,and 12 hours after surgery.The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Preoperative visit combined with psychological intervention is beneficial for reducing negative emotions,alleviating postoperative pain,improving nursing satisfaction,and improving prognosis in patients undergoing respiratory endoscopy surgery.It has high practical value.
