Impact of Operating Room Care Based on Quantitative Assessment Strategies on Acute Stress Injuries in Patients Undergoing Surgery for Gynecologic Malignancies
Objective To explore the application of operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in gynecological malignant tumor surgery patients, and analyze the effect of this nursing model on patients with acute stress injury. Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecological malignant tumors who underwent surgical treatment in Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group and the research group according to the lottery method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group and the research group were given routine nursing and operating room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy, respectively. The occurrence of acute stress injury, postoperative recovery, negative psychology, coping style,self-care ability and stress response before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the satisfaction of patients was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of acute pressure injury in the study group(1.67%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the cancer coping mastery questionnaire(CCMQ)and the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)scores were higher than those of the control group, and serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET)levels were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(83.33%),the satisfaction rate of patients in the study group(98.33%)was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy can effectively reduce the occurrence of acute stress injury in gynecological malignant tumor surgery patients, reduce negative psychological and stress reactions, enhance coping ability and self-care ability, and promote postoperative recovery, and the patients have a high degree of recognition.
