Impact of seamless Nursing Mode on Compliance and Incidence of adverse Events in elderly hospitalized Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying seamless nursing mode for elderly hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 40 patients with confirmed coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the analysis subjects.They were divided into control group(n=20)with routine nursing intervention and observation group(n=20)with seamless nursing intervention according to the random number table.The differences in health knowledge mastery,compliance,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were compared.Results The observation group had a higher score in mastering health knowledge related to coronary heart disease treatment than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of various evaluation factors on the Champion Health Belief Model Scale(CHBMS)of the observation group patients after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of related complications during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The advantage of providing seamless nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease lies in improving their understanding of the disease and treatment measures,enhancing their cooperation with medical and nursing behaviors,reducing the risk of complications,and having a good synergistic auxiliary effect on clinical treatment plans.
