Application Effect of holistic Nursing combined with detailed Nursing based on Nursing Procedures in Children with Autumn Diarrhea
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing combined with detailed nursing based on nursing procedures in children with autumn diarrhea.Methods A total of 102 children with autumn diarrhea who were treated in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(comprehensive nursing combined with detailed nursing based on nursing procedures)according to the random number table,with 51 cases in each group.Clinical indicators,gastrointestinal function,nursing effectiveness,compliance rate of the children,and parental satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of antiemetic,antidiarrheal,antipyretic and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,both groups showed a decrease in gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL),while bifidobacteria and lactobacilli showed an increase.The control group had higher GAS and MTL than those in the observation group,while bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were lower than the observation group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The nursing effective rate of the observation group(94.12%)was higher than that of the control group(78.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance rate of the control group(78.43%)was lower than that of the observation group(96.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(80.39%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of holistic nursing combined with detailed nursing based on nursing procedures for children with autumn diarrhea has a significant nursing effect,which can quickly improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function of the children,increase their compliance,and increase the satisfaction rate of parental care.
