Objective To explore the impact of multidisciplinary nursing team model on the nursing risks and satisfaction of patients undergoing imaging examinations. Methods A total of 30 clinical department nurses from Nanyang Central Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected, and all nurses received multidisciplinary nursing team training.Sixty patients who underwent imaging examinations in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2021 were selected as the control group.Sixty patients who underwent imaging examinations from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received multidisciplinary nursing team intervention. The scores of imaging knowledge tests before and after nurse training were compared, and the imaging related items, psychological status, nursing risks, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients were compared. Results The imaging knowledge scores of 30 clinical nurses after training were higher than those before training, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The waiting time and scanning time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the readiness rate and one-time success rate were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);After intervention, the anxiety score, depression score, and nursing risk incidence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary nursing team model can improve the professional skills of clinical nurses, improve the efficiency of imaging examinations, reduce nursing risks, and increase nursing satisfaction.
