Impact of nurse-led integrated specialized Disease nursing combined with refined Nursing on postoperative Health Behavior and negative Emotions in Patients with Cataract and Glaucoma
Objective To explore the impact of nurse-led integrated specialized disease nursing combined with refined nursing on postoperative health behavior and negative emotions in patients with cataract and glaucoma.Methods A total of 94 patients with cataract complicated with glaucoma who were treated at Zhoukou Ophthalmology Hospital in Henan Province from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(conventional nursing)and observation group(nurse-led integrated specialized disease nursing combined with refined nursing)using a random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The health behavior scores,eye indicators,negative emotion scores,quality of life scores,and incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results After nursing care,the health behavior scores of the control group in all dimensions were lower than those of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the eye indicators(intraocular pressure,vision,anterior chamber depth)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the control group had higher scores of negative emotions(self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale)than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in various dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group(4.26%)was higher than that in the observation group(21.28%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led integrated specialized care combined with refined care can improve eye indicators and negative emotions,enhance healthy behavior,enhance quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing surgery for cataract combined with glaucoma.
