Application of Warm Midwifery Service Combined with Whole-process Guided Midwifery Care in Natural Delivery Midwifery Nursing
Objective To explore the effect of warm midwifery service combined with whole-process guided midwifery care in natural delivery midwifery nursing.Methods A total of 130 pregnant women who were delivered naturally in Xuchang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were selected,and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 65 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine midwifery care,while the intervention group received warm midwifery services combined with full process guided midwifery care.The psychological status,comfort,adverse maternal and infant outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the psychological state[Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores]in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in both groups were increased,and in comparision of the control group,the intervention group was higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,in comparision of the control group(16.92%),the intervention group(3.08%)was lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the scores of hospital environment,medical attitude,emotional experience and medical skills,in comparision of the control group,the intervention group were higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of warm midwifery service combined with whole-process Doula midwifery nursing in natural delivery midwifery nursing can improve psychological state,improve comfort,reduce adverse maternal and infant outcomes,and improve nursing satisfaction.
