Effect of comprehensive high-quality Nursing Mode combined with regular respiratory Training on postoperative Rehabilitation of Lung Cancer Patients
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive high-quality nursing model combined with regular breathing training for lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 76 lung cancer patients admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive high-quality nursing model combined with regular breathing training.Postoperative clinical indicators, psychological status, lung function, and complications between two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results The improvement of clinical indicators in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, both groups showed a decrease in Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention, both groups showed an increase in forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),and maximum ventilation volume(MVV)index. The observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(5.26%)was lower than that in the control group(26.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of comprehensive high-quality nursing and regular respiratory training can accelerate the recovery of lung cancer patients, improve their psychological state and lung function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
