Effect of seamless Integration of Emergency Nursing on the Efficiency and Prognosis of Emergency Treatment for Patients with severe Trauma
Objective To analyze the impact of seamless integration of emergency nursing on the emergency effectiveness and prognosis of severely injured patients. Methods A total of 82 severe trauma patients admitted to the General Hospital of Hebi Coal Industry(Group)Co,Ltd.between December 2020 and December 2022 were included in the selection.41 of them were randomly assigned to the control group(providing routine emergency nursing)using a random number table method, and the remaining 41 were assigned to the observation group(providing seamless integration of emergency nursing). The emergency efficiency indicators, emergency effects, and complications of the two groups were compared, the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and daily living ability scale(ADL)scores at awakening and discharge,as well as satisfaction with emergency treatment were compared. Results The emergency efficiency indicators(first aid, auxiliary examination, consultation, visit to surgery, effective treatment time)of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that in the control group(82.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The failure rate of rescue in the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(17.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(17.07%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When awake, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of scores on the NIHSS scores and the activities of daily living scale(ADL);When leaving the hospital, both groups showed a decrease in NIHSS scores compared to the awakening period, and an increase in ADL scores compared to the awakening period. The observation group had a lower NIHSS score than that in the control group, and a higher ADL score than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of emergency treatment in the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that in the control group(80.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless integration of emergency nursing for severely injured patients can improve their emergency efficiency and effectiveness, reduce neurological damage, improve their daily living ability and satisfaction with emergency treatment, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve their prognosis.
