Objective To analyze the intervention effect of refined nursing on patients with pressure ulcers after cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 patients with pressure ulcers after cesarean section who visited Jiaozuo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into control group and observation group using a lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group received refined nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.Negative emotions,pain level,self-efficacy,sleep quality,compliance,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,both groups showed a decrease in negative psychological emotions,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in pain severity scores,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After intervention,both groups showed an improvement in self-efficacy scores;And the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The improvement rate of insomnia symptoms in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group showed higher compliance with medical treatment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group(98.33)was higher than that of the control group(88.33),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on refined nursing,the degree of pain and negative emotions in patients with pressure ulcers after cesarean section can be improved,compliance with medical treatment can be increased,and the degree of pain can be reduced.The effect is ideal.
