全程无缝护理联合双心护理在冠心病围手术期患者中的应用效果

目的 探究冠心病围术期患者行全程无缝隙联合双心护理的干预效果。方法 选取 2020 年 2 月至 2022 年 9月期间在周口市中心医院收治的 84 例冠心病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各 42 例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以全程无缝护理联合双心护理。比较两组患者住院时间、疼痛程度、心理状态、生活质量、并发症发生率、满意度。结果 观察组的住院时间低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。两组相比，观察组疼痛程度(术后 6 h疼痛数字评分、术后24 h疼痛数字评分)低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。护理后，两组患者心理状态均有明显改善，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。护理后，两组患者生活质量水平均有所提高，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。观察组并发症发生率(2。38%)低于对照组(19。05%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。观察组满意度(100。00%)高于对照组(83。33%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。结论 全程无缝护理联合双心护理应用于冠心病围手术期患者，可减少患者疼痛感，改善患者生活质量水平，促进患者心理健康，减少并发症发生。
Application Effect of seamless Nursing combined with dual Heart Nursing in perioperative Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the intervention effect of full seamless combined dual heart nursing on perioperative patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from February 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received seamless nursing combined with dual heart nursing throughout the entire process.The length of hospital stay,degree of pain,psychological status,quality of life,incidence of complications,and satisfaction between two groups of patients were compared.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower pain levels(postoperative pain score at 6 hours and postoperative pain score at 24 hours),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the psychological status of both groups of patients improved significantly,and the observation group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of both groups of patients improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.38%)was lower than that in the control group(19.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing combined with dual heart nursing in perioperative patients with coronary heart disease can reduce pain,improve their quality of life,promote their mental health,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
