Objective To explore the intervention effect of full seamless combined dual heart nursing on perioperative patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from February 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received seamless nursing combined with dual heart nursing throughout the entire process.The length of hospital stay,degree of pain,psychological status,quality of life,incidence of complications,and satisfaction between two groups of patients were compared.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower pain levels(postoperative pain score at 6 hours and postoperative pain score at 24 hours),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After nursing,the psychological status of both groups of patients improved significantly,and the observation group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of both groups of patients improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.38%)was lower than that in the control group(19.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing combined with dual heart nursing in perioperative patients with coronary heart disease can reduce pain,improve their quality of life,promote their mental health,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
